In the meantime, you can search google for carpools (add some location keywords in the search box eg Sharjah Dubai to narrow your search). Contact details might be available in the search results page, or click on Google's cached version to view the pool. You won't be able to edit, add, or reply to pools but at least you will be able to contact the poster if they have left a telephone number.
